Under the CDM regulations most construction work requires the appointment of a Planning Supervisor to ensure that Health and Safety is considered throughout the design and construction process. ADPM has fully qualified surveyors  and members of the Association for Project Safety who can undertake these roles. This service includes preparation of a Health and Safety plan governing conduct of the works on site and ensuring the contractor prepares a Health and Safety file containing information for future use.
