This commercial development consists of a £6.5 million Porsche centre at Titanic Quarter in Belfast for the Agnew Family.

With such a high level of detail in place across the new centre and with a wide range of specialist contractors involved, ADPM once again demonstrates the company’s ability to manage a large scale complex project.

The flagship centre officially opened in early 2018, on time and within budget. The new centre is part of the Agnew Group, with the luxury Porsche dealership relocation. ADPM successfully met all of the client’s requirements. Following an intensive 45 week build to transform a former brownfield site into a sleek and distinctive building reflecting the prestige cars it showcases.

Working alongside architects 54 North Design and Axis 3, the centre was designed and built to the deliver the exacting and high level standards of the client. The new building boasts a wide range of high-spec features, including a 14 car show room, 7 e-hybrid vehicle charging points, easy access parking, excellent customer lounge facilities, meeting and conference rooms – plus staff canteen.
